There are THREE simple ways to order:
- You know exactly what spare part you need and have a readable spare part code. Send us the code along with a brief description of the machine, and we will find the best solution for you. VIN number or the year of production/exact model number is always appreciated.
- You know what’s broken but can’t access it — the machine is still on-site, or there’s some other issue. In this case, it’s important to send us pictures of the machine, the defective part, the VIN plate, and as much information as possible, so we can provide an accurate price and delivery time for the required part.
- The machine has a problem, but it’s unclear what exactly is wrong.No problem! The RASKETEHNIKAHOOLDUS.EE team can come to the site, inspect the machine, and find a solution! That is you are close by, for issues abroad we can help finding a local partner to chec what is wrong. A good technician is always the best source and optimaal solution to figuure out the issues.
